Today was just the usual. This means that it was good day. There was no accident.

One of my Three Good Things today was that I found a nice restaurant. I would like to go there at weekend. I could catch a train that was a little earlier than the one I usually ride on to go home from work. I could buy the plastic bottle of green tea that had remained sold out for several days.

They are small things but make me a bit happier.

At work I can become a little patient.

During the rest of the time, however, I would like to be selfish to the extent that I do not cause trouble to others.

Adjusting my happiness threshold…

When I have good luck, I should do everything with interest, try to new things and look for many more good things hungrily, raising my happiness threshold.

On the other hand, when I’d better lower my happiness threshold, I would like to find small happy things and feel that each of those ordinary things are important to control myself and keep me happy…
