Keep your back straight, and you will tighten your abdominal muscles. Then, you will stand firm on your two feet and your lower body will be very stable.

Changing the subject, when I feel discouraged about something, letters I write becomes smaller. Therefore, I try to write big.

Although that is the plan, when I am really discouraged, I cannot afford to care about it. I find later that letters I wrote are very small.
