Taro Okamoto left a lot of great messages. One of my favorites is saying like this;
If you are afraid of something, dare to jump into it.
Although it is my own interpretation, I am sure he would let us interpret his words by our own feeling.
When I have something I want to escape from it, I try to go forward to it. It not usually visible but I try to imagine that I am squarely looking at it without my back turned.
What I fear is not such a great task for which people sacrifice their life but a serious matter for myself like something I have to do responsibly or something others expect me to do well.
Whether I am ready or not, I cannot escape from it. The time I have to do it comes without failure.
It is not always successful but when I successfully change my thinking from negative to positive, I can be free from fear and enjoy challenging something big for me.
It is just my mental attitude. No one is affected by my way of thinking.
But it makes a big difference in my mind.
