It is a bit early but I made Christmas cake.
Using frozen pie sheet I bought at a store, plant based whipped cream and various fruits, healthy sweets were made. The pie sheets contained cow milk products and eggs.
Nearly one year has passed since I started this blog.
It started when I suddenly had some different feeling about eating meat. I like eating now and before. I am not a picky eater.
What has changed in me is that I started thinking of animals.
Throughout the last year, I am less often eating meat or eating smaller amount of meat. Like this Christmas cake, while I am trying to use plant base ingredients, it is not rare to buy daily products and eggs, and fish.
I would like to continue trying to eat less and less meat at my own reasonable pace next year and on.
