The sun rose before seven o’clock this morning.

Unfortunately, it was cloudy.

Although hassle free recipes are very helpful, I would like to try some new recipes this year.

Chickpeas

To eat with the cake for lunch, I am making postage soup.

Canned chickpeas 200g, vegetables like onion 200g and water 400ml are put in the electric soup cooker with vegetable bouillon added.

It is one of my favorite hassle free recipes.

During this year end and new year holidays, I am working on cooking. 

For making croquettes, I used chickpeas instead of potato and included some sweet corns and small amount of salt. They were dipped in ketchup and vegetarian Worcester sauce before being eaten.
