It is July 29.
It has been hot since morning today, too. The sunrise time was 4.48 am, 22 minutes later than on the day of the summer solstice. It was getting light 30 minutes before the sunrise. Regardless of whether you care or not, every day goes by. Every common day is important.
I tried making curry again. On such a hot day it is good to stay at home. So, it turn to be a happy day because I can stay at home, do not have to work today.
Using the same spices; turmeric, cumin, coriander, cardamom, chili-pepper and allspice, todays curry included coconut milk with some foodstuff; lentils, okra, onions and Fu (wheat gluten). It was very good, better than the last one! tasty!!!
It is really fun to make curry from scratch!
