Using a plenty of lentils, I tried making vegetarian burgers.
According the recipe I happened to find on the web, ingredients are so simple. Just, lentils, onions, parsley and breadcrumbs are minced and mixed, and seasoned with a little salt and pepper. If an egg is added, they will be more mild and easily shaped.

The burgers were very good! The taste was mild and kind. They were fried with a lot of canola oil and their outside become so crispy.

Since then I have been hooked on this taste.
Only after a few days I cooked it again. For the second time, I used a small amount of Miso (fermented bean paste) because there was some left after seasoned with sugar and others and used for the other dishes.


Since the basic recipe is great, the taste is easily changed in a better way.
I am looking forward to making them again.
