I usually bring chickpea soup and bread to the workplace for lunch. The soup for a few days is made at a time and frozen.
Two years have passed since I got interested in vegetarian food. I feel I am getting used to a simple taste. By trying to reduce salt, my body feels good and accordingly it becomes easy to reduce sugar too.
It is rare but I made a lunch box for myself with a lt of vegetables. Proteins were taken from Nama-fu (raw gluten).
I was happy I t was colorfully arranged.
