If you have continued doing something for three months, you can make it a habit.

I read such words in a book some time ago. Then, I tried to do what I thought was difficult for me; Getting up early!

Believe it or not, I made it. 

I found I could be strict with myself successfully with a limited term. So, I established a lot of morning habits in the same way.

Every morning, I get up at four or five o’clock, offer a prayer before the family altar, water plants on the balcony, stir nuka-doko (rice bran bed), take a yoga lesson, eat a big breakfast, read an English newspaper, etc.

I am very busy before work but I have good time in the morning.


William James says;

“The behavior will change if the mind changes. Habits change if action changes. Personality will change if the custom changes. The destiny will change if the personality changes.”


I became an early riser. Although I hated doing exercise, yoga is necessary for me now.

My morning routine may exert good influence on me, which maybe partially helped me become interested in vegan.

Miniature rose on the balcony was withering in the winter but it is having some buds.

I can’t wait for warm spring.
