I made soy milk yogurt at home. The recipe was available from the instruction manual of my yogurt maker. Soy milk 500ml and store-bought soy milk yogurt 100ml were mixed and kept at the temperature of 40 degrees C for five hours.

The home made yogurt tasted flat, less sour and less milky.

The aroma of soy beans was relatively maintained. The soy smell may not be very good for yogurt but I am OK with it.

Hand made yogurt does not last long. Probably it should be eaten within two to three days. But I felt it more tasty on the next day or even the day after the next day than on the day it was made.

Like Mayonnaise

As I have seen on TV that yogurt tastes like mayonnaise together with dried Okara (bean curd refuse) powder and seaweed tea powder.

I made it.

I put it on the ready to eat fried soy meat.

Great!!!

I like it!!!
