The soy milk cheese I made at home had too strong flavor of lemon but it was good to eat with salad.

As a green salad goes well with lemon juice, it might make no difference whether it tastes like tofu or cheese,,,


At the moment, I like the mayonnaise best among my new cooking with soy milk. It is a pity that soy milk products do not keep long but I will make the mayonnaise again. 

As for cheese I would like to try again with rice or apple vinegar instead of lemon juice. 


Cake Sale

I found a recipe of cake sale without using eggs or cow milk. It included bacon. So, to make it a vegan meal I used soy meat jerky instead of bacon. 

Ingredients; Rice powder 150g, Baking powder 10g, Olive oil 25ml, Sugar 15g, Soy milk 150ml, Soy milk cheese 50g, Salt one-half teaspoon, Frozen mix vegetables (potatoes, pumpkin and corn) 150g, Soy meat jerky 30g



It was very delicious!
