I heard of “Flexitarian”.

According to a dictionary, it means a person who eats mainly vegetarian food but eats meat occasionally.

I would say that I am a Flexitarian.

While admiring vegan, I want to eat everything delicious.

At a restaurant I usually choose fish because it is difficult to get a vegetarian meal there. At a cafe or a cake shop, I eat something which contains milk products and egg.

I do not buy meat or fish at a supermarket but I have sometimes found that some processed food I bought included animal derived ingredients after I bought them.

It is not necessary for me to clearly distinguish between what to eat and what not to eat though.

Fortunately, I can choose my own meals each day among many choices. It is all because I am blessed with good health and live in peace and abundance.

May all the people of the world be able to feel the joy of eating.

At the moment, I will keep learning vegan recipes to increase my favorites among food from vegetable sources. Then, some day, it will be more natural for me to exclude animal products. So, by continuing doing something, I can make it a habit!

Sunflower Seed Cookies

Roasted sunflower seeds left in the kitchen were approaching their best before date so I made cookies with them, wheat flour 240g, vegetable shortening 120g, and black sugar 80g.

With a very simple and standard recipe crispy cookies was made. I love them!

I hear Sakura cherry blossoms are beginning to come out in some areas.

My potted sakura has some swelling buds. Miniature roses seems to take more time to come out.
