Cake Recipe

Wheatmeal flour 200g

Soy milk 200ml

Peanut butter 200g

Baking powder 10g

Lots of nuts and seeds

Lots of dried fruit (soaked in rum)

Mix all ingredients and bake them at 180 degrees centigrade for 40 minutes.

Lots of dried fruit sweetens the cake enough without any sugar added.

Where do I get my protein without eating meat? 

Grain is a precious source of protein as well as beans. 

The cake I introduce today has 1,933 calories and contains 84 grams of protein, excluding those of nuts, seeds and dried fruits. 

I cut the cake into nine pieces and eat one of them for lunch every workday.

Including the protein from nuts and seeds, I get about 10 grams of protein from it.
