Summer heat has come again, after several rainy days, which was like the second rainy season.

It is easy to get tired. I sleep longer than usual.


Adzuki bean (red bean) is healthy food. It contains low fat and high protein and it is rich in vitamins, minerals and fiber. The sweeten bean paste is very important for Japanese sweets.

I made Adzuki bean cake.

Ingredients: wheatmeal flour 160g, sweeten bean paste 160g, soy milk 100ml, salad oil 65ml, sugar 65g, one and a half teaspoons of BP


Colorful Nama-Fu (raw gluten) was cooked with dried radish which was put back in water and Age (Deep fried Tofu) using shiitake and konbu soup-stock. Nama-Fu makes a dish visually beautiful.
