I hear that people have a feeling of anger when something different from what they expected happens.


Keeping everything off your mind and putting yourself first…

It may seem selfish in a way but if you do that, everything that happens to you will be up to you.


To increase happy moments, some effort or some tips may be required.

Control your feelings and get rid of a bad one from your heart swiftly.


I found a sentence in IELTS textbook.
“If you lift heavier weights every training session, your strength will improve”.

Just keep doing to improve something.

So, keep thinking that I try to improve myself (I dare to write this to talk to myself into doing so.)

Then, I will be happier and happier.


For the last few days I have been frustrated with myself because I am neglecting my study I decided to do each day.

These days could happen. Tomorrow, I will switch my mind and make a new day!
