I have blogged about “Making a habit” before.
I believe that by continuing doing something one can make it a habit.

I intentionally repeat to do something I am poor at at a set time. This is to repeat with clear purposes. The goal is to become able to do it well and naturally in the end.

It would be lucky to have an uneventful day. That is, you do not have any trouble in eating, clothing and sheltering. But if you failed to find a new change in the ordinary daily life, it would be unlucky. 


Like a small child is surprised or amused at everything, I would like to be curious about many things.
