Soil microbes decompose dead plants and animals, releasing essential nutrients in the soil.

By using a compost bin, kitchen waste can be composted over time and recycled as organic fertilizers.

I bought an electric food waste processor, PARIS PARIS CUBE, which heats and dries organic waste to reduce its volume to one-fifth. Although it consumes electricity, it helps keep a kitchen clean and save plastic bags used for food waste.

I am making compost.

They say that it takes 1-4 weeks in summer and 1-3months in winter.

I am looking forward to sowing vegetable seeds this spring.

Maybe small radish or something…
