I am successfully working at what I am not good at. 

It is yoga. I am taking a yoga lesson for 30 minutes almost every day.


Mind and body is connected. When one feels negative, one looks down, speaks in a weak voice and dwarfs oneself. 

During the lesson, I concentrate on the teacher’s instructions and cannot afford to think anything else, stretching the body and exercising to improve core strength.

My mind must become positive after the lesson. 

If the core of my body is strengthen, I hope I can maintain calm against various emotions in daily life. I keep working so that I will be able to do what I cannot do now.
