I do not like crowds.
I was born and grew up in a countryside.
When I began to live in an urban area, I often got my foot stepped from behind. Looking back with surprise, I usually did not find who had done. Lots of people were walking in different directions with no expression. I felt uncomfortable because I was sure that I was just walking normally.
On the contrary, my foot often kicked one of shoes of a person walking in front of me. I quickly shouted “I’m sorry!” because I wanted him or her to know that I had not meant to give offense to others. But no one who was kicked by me looked back. They kept walking as if nothing had happened.
Now I do not kick others’ shoes or no one kicks mine.
I got used to walk in a crowd.
So, it was my fault. But people walking in a busy area remain unconcerned about it either.
