I made a simmered dish with Yaki-Fu (baked wheat gluten) and Maitake mushroom.
Fu (wheat gluten) is a good source of plant protein. Since it is not easy to take enough protein everyday meals only from plant food, Fu is a very helpful food.


Recently, I often ate fish and chicken eggs. Today, after a long time, I made some plant based dish that can be kept for some time; chickpeas soup, peanut butter cake and pickled soybeans.


In preparation for the dream in the autumn of 2026, to study in London, I’d better make a concrete plan. I will start it today and each time I will write here what to do.
