Yesterday I was treated by a stretch therapist. Last night I became too drowsy to keep awake at my usual time going to bed. I slept extremely well.

Mr Shohei Ohtani has been in the spotlight recently. Even those who are unfamiliar with baseball like me know him pretty well. He is great not only as a player but also as a man. Probably in any profession superstars have worked harder than anyone without overestimating their own power, therefore, they have humble heart and are naturally kind to everyone.

One day in an interview he said that enough sleep is very important for him.

Some time ago, I heard another great baseball player, Mr Ichiro made it a habit to sleep for eight hours. He was so great that I definitely could not do the same thing but then I thought that if it was to sleep, I might be able to do every day. But it was my wishful thinking. In fact, there were a lot of things to do just for proper sleep. It is really easy to reduce sleeping hours by using work as an excuse. Besides, in order to fall asleep soon after going to bed, physical and psychological health is necessary.

By releasing the stress from my body by stretching yesterday, I got a good sleeping time. But this time I do know that continuing each day is not easy.

It is important to keep doing something everyday whatever it is.
