Vitamin B12 is found in animal foods. Plant foods do not produce it.

Although animals that eat grass do not get Vitamin B12 from the food they eat, Vitamin B12 is produced by their gut bacteria.

That means that human cannot be a grass-eating animal?

Similarly, gut microbes of grass-eating animals like cows do much for the protein synthesis.

Amino acids essential for human are not essential for them.

Ham Cutlets

The other day I made sandwiches.

The meat ham cutlets processed by Itoham Foods Inc. were really good!

They say that ham cutlets contain milk protein and egg white. Also bread I ate contained milk powder.
Thank you for the benefits of animal food and wonderful business efforts that went into their soy meat products!

I am glad I have freedom to choose what I eat.
