According to a dictionary, “Superfood” is a food that is considered to be very good for your health. 

There seems to be no strict definition. 


Chia seeds originally come from Mexico and quinoa from Andes region such as Bolivia and Peru.

Not until I got interested in vegan diet, had I tried either of them.


There are many kinds of highly nutritious food from home and abroad. 

Globalization enables us to buy every kind of foodstuff from all over the world. Accordingly, our diet is diversified and we can select our own appropriate diets from a great many choices.


Meat is a good source of nutrition. Some might need to eat a lot of meat for the reasons of their profession or health, or as a matter of personal preferences. 

Having said that, there may be some who cannot physically, mentally or economically afford to care about each of their own meal. 


Not everyone necessarily has to contemplate the life of meat animals. Those who can do or those who want to do will do.

If we can reduce the total amount of meat eaten by all of us, if each meat animal can live their short life more comfortably, everyone of us would feel happy.
