Although a vegan restaurant is rare, I found some restaurants and ate there.

Their meals are commonly colorful and are given a little bit of kick like spicy or sour taste or grilled flavor. Tasting them is helpful for me to try to cook at home. However, it is hard to follow such those professional dishes made with the utmost care. 

Cheer up! Shall I try to cook curry or something? Maybe at some point in the near future.








The padometer built into iPhone tells me that I take an average of nearly 9000 steps a day for the past six months.

Just for myself, I will try to eat less meat and keep being a health-conscious person to enjoy a long life!!!
