I happened to find a vegan restaurant in Omotesando.

The rice flour muffin I ordered was flavored with matcha (green tea powder) and contained custard cream made using soy milk. The taste was so mild that I felt somehow happy and calm.

It is hard to find a vegan shop or restaurant in Japan but gradually, steadily, diversity is raising.

In my opinion, it is good many people like eating meat.
While some eat lots of meat, others eat less meat or no meat. I myself am trying to reduce the amount of meat I eat, thanking for animals which have made my healthy body until now.
