I am currently into cooking dumplings.

Using Anura-Age (deep fried Tofu soy bean curd) instead of meat, and a plenty of vegetables, very delicious dumplings were made.

Among several vegetarian dish I tried to cook, this is my best one!

Sesame oil, Chines chill bean sauce, Japanese Miso (fermented bean paste), vegetable sauce, pepper and a plenty of ginger and garlic; these are all indispensable and everyone adds spice properly and harmoniously.

I am fully satisfied without meat.



So, today is Sunday. I made dumplings again….
